Design
Designs are produced on the basis of survey findings and the contract programme is made.
Competitive bidding
The contract is put out to tender on the basis of the contract programme and selection of contractors is made in cooperation with the housing company.
Supervision
The job of the supervisor is to represent the best interests of the housing company. During the renovation, this means supervising that correct working procedures are followed, necessary inspections are conducted, and comprehensive reporting is done.
Final inspection
Upon completion of the contract, the supervisor represents the housing company in inspecting technical solutions and quality of work. The final inspection includes participation by the housing company representative, technical manager of the housing company, and contractors.
Final report
The report comprises descriptions of the various stages and records of alterations made. The final report is particularly important if the task needs to be modified some time in the future.
